An analytical tool for agencies that provides information on issues such as engagement, progress against premier’s priority targets for public sector workforce diversity, and benchmarking against other agencies. This tool provides agencies with access to their historical comparative data which they might not otherwise have access to due to Machinery of Government changes and highlights whether performance is improving over time.
Workforce Profile report
This report provides detailed sector-wide demographic and employment information to support workforce planning and employment policy development.
State of the NSW Public Sector Report
This report provides an assessment of the performance of the public sector and includes a profile of the public sector workforce and trend over time.
